Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you send through it. Please read them before using the site — by continuing, you accept them.
01These terms
This website is operated by Crestline Constructions (PEC Registered Contractor), working across Pakistan. By browsing these pages or submitting the enquiry form you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Crestline Constructions, and “you” means the person or organisation using the site.
02Using this website
You may view, print and download pages from this site for your own business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that damages or disrupts it;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the server, source files or stored data that is not publicly published;
- submit false, abusive or misleading information through the enquiry form;
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission;
- introduce any virus, malicious code or automated attack.
We may withdraw access to the site, or remove any content, without notice.
03Enquiries and estimates
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Sending the enquiry form does not create a contract between us, and we are under no obligation to accept any enquiry.
- Any figure, rate or indicative price given in response to an enquiry is an estimate only, based on the information you supply at the time.
- A formal quotation is valid for the period stated on it; where no period is stated, for thirty days from its date.
- Quotations assume normal ground conditions, lawful access to the site, uninterrupted working hours and the availability of utilities, unless the quotation says otherwise.
- Prices are exclusive of government taxes and duties unless expressly stated to include them.
Where we bid a public or private tender, our bid is governed by that tender’s own documents, conditions and deadlines as issued by the procuring department — not by this website. Nothing here affects a submitted bid, and nothing here is a representation that we are prequalified for any particular tender.
04Contracts for construction work
Any construction, supply or plant-hire work we carry out is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties — together with its drawings, bills of quantities, specifications and programme. That contract sets out scope, price, payment terms, variations, defects liability, insurance, warranties and dispute resolution.
Where anything in these website terms conflicts with that signed contract, the signed contract prevails. These terms cover the website only.
05Accuracy of information
We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but the content is provided for general information. Capabilities, fleet, team size, delivered quantities and project descriptions change over time. Nothing here is a warranty, a specification or professional engineering advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis of a decision without checking with us first.
06Images and project references
Photographs on this site are used to illustrate the type of work we carry out. Some are stock photographs used as placeholders rather than records of a specific Crestline project, and images may be cropped, retouched or staged. Figures, project names and locations shown alongside them are illustrative and are not a representation about any particular contract.
If you need verified project references, written certificates or completion details, ask us and we will provide them directly.
07Intellectual property
The design, layout, text, graphics, logo and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by the copyright and trade mark laws of Pakistan and by international treaties. The name Crestline Constructions and our logo may not be used without our written permission. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to this site.
08Third-party links and services
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and links out to our social media profiles. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We have no control over them and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
The map of Pakistan shown on the contact section is a drawing built into this page, not an embedded map service. It marks the cities we work in; it is not a survey document, and the boundaries and positions on it are simplified for illustration.
09Availability of the site
We do not guarantee that this website will be available without interruption or free of errors. It may be suspended, withdrawn or changed at any time for maintenance or for business reasons, without notice and without liability to you.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability under any construction contract is governed by that contract, not by this clause.
11Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of this website, from your breach of these terms, or from any false or infringing material you submit through the enquiry form.
12Privacy
Information you send through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by something beyond our reasonable control — including acts of God, flood, earthquake, fire, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, government order, failure of public utilities, fuel or material shortage, or failure of telecommunications or internet services.
14Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
15Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies to you, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
16Contact us
If anything here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it. Write to info@crestlineconstructions.com — it is the only address this website uses, and it reaches the people who can answer.
