Roads, structures, networks and utilities delivered to engineering standard — on time, on budget, on record.
Who We Are
Crestline Constructions was founded in 2009 on a simple idea: a client should be able to hand over a site and stop worrying about it. Since then we have carried road, building, water and electrical packages across Punjab — with our own plant, our own crews and a paper trail that stands up to any consultant’s review.
By the Numbers
One Contractor
Civil, water, power, supply and plant are all run by our own people — so the programme has one owner, from the first survey peg to the final test report.
What We Do
Every discipline below is executed by our own staff and plant — which is why a delay in one trade never becomes an excuse in another.

Division 01
Earthwork to wearing course — a single accountable contractor for the whole carriageway.
Crestline executes road and infrastructure packages end to end: survey and setting out, cut and fill, sub-grade preparation, sub-base and aggregate base course, prime and tack coats, asphaltic concrete carpeting, kerb stones, drains, culverts, road furniture and line marking. Our own pavers, rollers, graders and asphalt supply chain keep the programme under our control instead of a sub-contractor’s.
Division 02
Foundation to handover, built to the drawing and to the clock.
We deliver RCC frame structures, load bearing works, steel sheds and complete turnkey buildings. Every pour is backed by mix design, cube testing and a QA/QC checklist signed by the site engineer. Finishing trades — masonry, plaster, flooring, aluminium, false ceiling, paint and external cladding — are run by in-house supervisors so the finish schedule does not slip.
Division 03
The network nobody sees — and everybody depends on.
Crestline lays and commissions potable water and sewerage systems to WASA and PHED specification: DI, HDPE, GI, RCC and PVC lines, thrust blocks, valve chambers, manholes, inverted siphons, disposal works and pumping stations. Lines are pressure tested, chlorinated and CCTV-verified before they are handed over, and trench reinstatement is carried out to road standard.
Division 04
Power delivered safely, tested, and documented.
Our electrical division handles HT and LT distribution, transformer and substation installation, LT panels and distribution boards, cable laying and termination, earthing systems, street and flood lighting, and full internal wiring for buildings. Every installation is megger tested, earth-resistance verified and handed over with as-built drawings and a test report pack.
Division 05
An owned fleet and a stocked yard mean your site never idles.
Crestline supplies crush, sand, base course, steel, cement, pipes, manhole covers, electrical material and bitumen from tested sources with delivery challans and test certificates. Our plant division rents out excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, rollers, pavers, dumpers, cranes, transit mixers and generators — wet or dry, with trained operators and our own workshop backing uptime.
How We Work
The same sequence on a 400 metre access road and on a nine-storey tower — only the scale changes.
Tender documents read line by line — site visit, our own levels, and a BOQ you can audit before we bid.
Drawings, mix designs and method statements cleared with the consultant before mobilisation.
Own plant, own crews, layer-by-layer testing and a weekly progress dashboard.
As-builts, test packs, defect liability cover and a team that still replies after handover.

“They mobilised in eleven days and finished a section everyone else called a two-season job. The compaction reports were on our desk before we asked.”
“What stood out was the paperwork discipline — mix designs, cube results, as-builts, all of it handed over properly. Rare in this market.”
“We replaced an entire water main under a live road and never shut the road for a full day. That took real planning.”
Why Crestline
The difference shows up in month four — when the plant is still on site, the crew is still the same, and the test reports are already filed.
Our own excavators, rollers, pavers and mixers mean mobilisation in days, not months.
Compaction, cube and pressure tests are logged and shared — not assumed.
Civil, water, electrical, supply and plant under one accountable roof.
Inductions, PPE, barricading and toolbox talks on every active front.
PEC registration, prequalification files, bid security and departmental filings prepared in-house — we bid public tenders as a matter of routine.
