01Who we are

Crestline Constructions is a civil contracting firm registered in Pakistan (PEC Registered Contractor), working across Pakistan. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.

We are the party that decides why and how your information is used on this site, and we are responsible for keeping it safe.

02What we collect

We only ask for what we need in order to reply to you properly.

• Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, the city or site location you enter, the division you select and the scope of work you describe.
• Information you send another way. Anything you include when you email us — including drawings, BOQs or site photographs you choose to attach.
• Technical information. Our web server records standard request logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent string. These are generated automatically by the hosting software.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, national identity card numbers, bank details, card numbers or passwords through this website.

03How we use it

Your information is used for these purposes and no others:

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare an estimate or proposal.
• To reply to you by email about a project you have asked us about.
• To keep a record of enquiries received, so nothing is lost or answered twice.
• To keep the website secure, diagnose faults and prevent automated abuse of the form.

We do not use your details for marketing lists, we do not profile you, and we do not make any automated decision that affects you.

04Why we are allowed to hold it

We process your information because you have voluntarily given it to us in order to be contacted, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us and in keeping proper commercial records. Where the law requires your consent, submitting the form is that consent — and you may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@crestlineconstructions.com.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only:

• With our own estimation, engineering and accounts staff, so that they can act on your enquiry.
• With our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions in order to run the website and deliver mail.
• Where we are required to disclose it by a court, a regulator or a law of Pakistan.

If a project proceeds, information needed to carry out the work may be shared with the consultants, sub-contractors or authorities involved in that project — but only what is necessary, and only for that purpose.

06Third-party services on this site

One external service is used on these pages, and loading it means your browser contacts that company directly:

• Google Fonts — the typefaces are requested from Google’s font servers, and are subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

Everything else is served from our own server. The map of Pakistan on the contact section is a drawing built into the page, not an embedded map service, so looking at it sends your details to nobody. Our animation libraries are hosted here as well, not on an external network.

07Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run any analytics or tracking pixel. A single session cookie is set by the server so that the contact form can show you a confirmation or an error message after you submit it. It holds no personal data, and it expires when you close your browser.

08How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful — normally up to three years — so that we can refer back to earlier correspondence. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the records are kept for the period required by Pakistani tax and company law. Server request logs are kept for a short period and then overwritten. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

09How we protect it

Enquiry records are stored in a directory that is blocked from public access at the web server, access is limited to staff who need it, and the site is intended to be served over HTTPS on live hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential commercial or financial information through the website form — email us first and we will arrange a secure route.

10Your rights

You may ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your enquiry and the contact details attached to it;
• stop contacting you.

Write to info@crestlineconstructions.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We respond within fourteen working days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand someone else’s details to the wrong person.

11Children

This website is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, our services or the law change. The revised version takes effect as soon as it is published here, and the date at the top of this page always shows when it was last changed. Please check it from time to time.
